(makes 5 rolls)

1 tortilla
1 tbsp hummus
½ avocado
½ bell pepper
½ lemon (optional)

1) Prep Ingredients, slice avocado and bell pepper into vertical strips
2) Spread hummus on tortilla creating a vertical line
3) Assemble avocado and bell pepper slices atop the hummus
4) Tightly roll tortilla
5) Cut wrap into 5 pieces
6) Enjoy!
