2 slices whole grain toast
½ avocado
1 tbsp chia seeds (op)
¼ cup sunflower seeds (op)
½ lemon (op)

1) Prep ingredients – halve an avocado and lightly mash with a fork until smooth with small chunks; toast bread until slightly golden; squeeze half a lemon on top of avocado mixture for a more tart taste
2) Spread avocado mixture atop the toast
3) Sprinkle chia and sunflower seeds on toast
4) Enjoy!
