1 medium sweet potato
4 oz ground beef
1 tomato sliced
2 leaves romaine lettuce
1 whole grain burger bun
½ avocado
1.5 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp bbq rub
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp garlic salt
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

1. In a large mixing bowl, add coconut oil, sliced sweet potato, oregano, smoked paprika and 1 tsp garlic salt

2. Toss well so that all pieces of sweet potato are coated in coconut oil and spices

3. Place foil over a baking sheet, and apply non-stick spray

4. Arrange sweet potatoes on baking sheet evenly

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender and exterior is browned

6. Take ground beef and kneed in bbq rub, garlic powder and 1 tsp garlic salt

7. Once spices are mixed into the beef, mold meat into a patty shape

8. Spray a stove-top skillet with non-stick oil

9. Place patty in skillet and cook on medium-high heat

10. Cook for 4 minutes before flipping. The patty will be a golden-brown on the underside

11. While the burger finishes cooking, prepare begin to assemble lettuce, tomato on the bottom half of burger bun

12. Once both sides of the patty are evenly browned, plate the patty on your burger

13. Top burger patty with sliced avocado, and add top bun

14. Serve with delicious home-made sweet potato fries
