3 cups spinach
2 celery stalks
1 cup diced pineapples
½ banana
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
water (for consistency)
ice as desired

1) Prep ingredients – wash spinach, cut celery into 1 inch pieces, dice pineapple
2) Add 3 ice cubes to blender
3) Add spinach, celery, pineapple and banana to blender
4) Pulse blender for 3 seconds
5) Add almond milk and protein powder, and blend
6) Blend until a thick but smooth consistency is reached
7) Add water in 2 tablespoon increments if smoothie remains too thick
8) Enjoy!
