2 4oz salmon fillets
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 lemons sliced thinly
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp ground pepper
12 spears steamed asparagus
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

1) Cover a baking pan with foil and lightly coat with non-stick spray
2) Arrange thinly sliced lemon pieces on baking sheet
3) Place salmon filets on top of lemon slices
4) In a small dish, mix garlic, olive oil, and parsley
5) Spread mixture on top of salmon fillets, and sprinkle ground pepper
6) Let fillets bake for 20-23 minutes or until the salmon flakes with a fork
7) Plate fillets on top of steamed asparagus
8) Enjoy!
