For pancake:
½ cup old fashioned oats
1 scoop protein powder
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 banana

For glaze:
2 cups fresh blackberries
¼ cup stevia
½ cup water
¼ cup lemon juice

1) Place all dry pancake ingredients in a large mixing bowl
2) Add wet ingredients, and mix well
3) Mix until batter reaches a smooth consistency
4) Spray a stove top frying pan with non-stick spray, and put on medium heat
5) Pour pancake batter into pan
6) While pancakes are cooking, in a separate stove-top pan, add blackberry glaze ingredients and cook on high heat; stir occasionally until glaze reaches a boil, then take off heat
7) Flip pancake(s) after two minutes, checking for a golden brown color on each side
8) Once pancakes are cooked fully, plate and add blackberry glaze
9) Enjoy!
