1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ banana
1 cup spinach
1tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
water (for consistency)

1) Prep ingredients – wash spinach
2) Add frozen berries, banana and spinach to blender
3) Pulse blender for 3 seconds
4) Add coconut milk, and blend
5) Blend until a thick but smooth consistency is reached
6) Add chia seeds and protein powder
7) Add water in 2 tablespoon increments if smoothie remains too thick
8) Enjoy!
